Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question?

Here are the questions we hear most from prospective students. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out directly.

Are classes live, or pre-recorded?

All classes are live, delivered in real time by an instructor. We don't use pre-recorded video lectures — if you miss a live session, you can request a recap from your instructor, but the core teaching happens in real time so you can ask questions as you go.

I live in a different time zone — will I be able to attend?

Yes. We schedule cohorts across multiple time slots specifically to accommodate students joining from different regions. When you apply, tell us your country and preferred times, and we'll place you in a batch that reasonably fits your schedule.

What do I need to join a live class?

A stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet (a large phone screen can work but isn't ideal), a webcam and microphone (built-in is fine), and a quiet space during your scheduled class time.

Can I enroll in more than one module at once?

Yes. Students regularly combine modules — for example, Quran Studies alongside Finance or Computer Science. Mention this on your application and we'll help you find a schedule that fits both.

Do you offer certificates on completion?

Each course concludes with a certificate of completion issued by the institute. Specific courses may have additional assessment requirements, which your instructor will outline at the start of the course.

What is the admissions process?

Submit an application through our Admissions page with your basic details and module of interest. Our admissions team reviews applications on a rolling basis and typically responds within 2-3 business days with next steps, including fee details and available start dates.

What are your fees, and how do I pay?

Fees vary by course and are listed on each course's page. Once accepted, our admissions team will share available payment methods for your region during onboarding.

Is there a refund policy if I need to withdraw?

Please see our Terms & Conditions page for the current refund and withdrawal policy. If your situation isn't covered there, contact admissions directly and we'll do our best to help.
